Paid Bookings, Cancellations & No Show
1. If you wish to cancel your paid booking, you must inform us by email or by contacting our call center at +971508528005 (for callers outside the UAE).
2. Cancellation Fee:
A cancellation fee equal to the full amount paid applies to all cancellations made 14 days or less before the check-in date.
Any paid amounts, including advance deposits, are considered non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within this 14-day period.
3. Payment Gateway & Service Fees:
In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund, any payment gateway charges, bank fees, service fees, or platform fees incurred during the original payment process will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Only the remaining balance will be refunded to the guest.
4. Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment.

Refundable Security Deposit
1. A refundable security deposit, as stated on page 1 of this agreement, will be held by the Company as insurance against any damages, misuse of the property, incidental charges (facilities/phones/paid TV), replacement of broken items, or additional cleaning.
The full amount will be refunded after the final handover inspection.
2. If the guest is eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within one week from the refund approval date.
3. Refunds will be returned to the same payment method, and may require up to 14 working days for processing through the sending and receiving banks.
