Before you confirm your reservation Kindly note that below policy to be followed :

- Security deposit fees of 500 AED to be paid via bank or cash, which is refundable after checkout

- ID or passport copies to be shared before check in so we can permit the access

-Check in Time is 3:00 PM & Check out Time is 12:00 PM, any Delay during check out time without Host approval charges will be deducted from the security deposits.

- No Food leftover to be kept in the apartment or inside the fridge prior to checkout, garbage to be taken outside the apartment to the assigned location in the building

-Car parking instructions to be followed, or fines can be applied by the building securities if Car was not parked in the instructed parking lot

-Visitors Access to be followed as per the building guide

- Smoking is subjected to fine of 200 AED.

-Hard or un-washable stains will result to extra charges to replace the sheets with stains

- Dates can be changed before check in to later dates, Extra charge might be applicable for the price difference in the later dates.

-No refund if canceled before 14 Days from arrival's date
